Each handset is pre configured with our user interface software and automatic updates. Also included in your plan are all* your Local/National minutes per month. For calls outside this plan, our rates are some of the most competitive in the UK.
Furthermore, you will achieve further savings by not having to pay for lots of line rentals, as we wholesale for BT Lines we can give you a “1 bill” discounted solution. Additional savings are achieved by not needing expensive engineering visits should you wish to modify, move, increase or decrease the number of handsets.
All your locations Nationally and Internationally that use our network will have free calls between handsets and your Business telephone system can be set up as 1 system or individual hunt groups.

Once you have downloaded your preffered application onto your chosen device simply tell us what telephone number and extension you would like your new softphone application to be linked to. You can either use an existing number or we can allocate a new number from anywhere in the UK.

Once we receive the above information we will email you with all settings for your Softphone to work as part of your account with Netcomm.
Please note that whilst we provide all set up and software free of charge, each Softphone opens a new channel on our network at a charge £4.99 per month and includes all current features that are exist as part of your current system. For example: Call recording, Voicemail, Call Attendant, Hunt Groups, Call forwarding etc.
